JobNdHire is a job-discovery platform. We aggregate and display job listings — some created directly by employers using our platform, and others sourced from third-party company career portals. Where a listing originates from a third-party company, applying may redirect you to that company's own application portal.

We do not charge candidates any fee to search or apply for jobs. Our role in third-party listings is limited to discovery and redirection; we are not a party to, and do not guarantee the outcome of, any application, interview, or hiring decision made by a third-party employer.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the platform to harvest data about other users or companies for unauthorized purposes
• Attempt to interfere with the platform's security or normal operation
• Upload resumes or content that infringes on others' rights or contains malicious code

Job listings sourced from third-party companies are provided for informational and redirection purposes. We do not independently verify the accuracy of third-party listings, and we are not responsible for the hiring practices, terms, or data handling of those companies once you are redirected to their portals.

The platform's design, software, and original content are owned by JobNdHire. Job listing content sourced from third parties remains the property of the respective employer or source.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobNdHire is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to hiring outcomes, third-party data handling, or service interruptions.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, at our discretion.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Andhra Pradesh, India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
